My Story

My name is Kim and I am an integrative counsellor, I specialise in many mental health conditions and use wide range of tools along with my experience to support a person to understand and overcome their challenges in life. This support can help them to strive to reach their goals and true potential. I work with many modalities of therapy to help the client understand their presenting and past issues. This can be effective to overcome those challenges.

Incorporating different styles off counselling allows me to tailor support to my clients needs. Clients are unique individuals and can respond in different ways to similar situations, therefore using many tools will support my clients to have a better outcome.

My aim is always to support clients to feel relaxed in as safe inviting environment knowing they will be treated with warmth and a non-judgemental approach, where confidentiality is paramount and clients are always at the centre of my practice.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

​Advanced Diploma, psychotherapeutic integrative counsellor. Post Graduate Masters Level Counselling Children and young people.

Therapeutic Approaches

We utilise a range of evidence-based counselling approaches to meet your specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
